I’m Elaine Young, certified holistic therapist. I use holistic therapy, hypnotherapy and Scio Therapy for women seeking support to manage menopause.

This includes supporting ladies who are struggling with a range of symptoms including weight management challenges, anxiety, depression, pain management, hot flashes, and confidence issues.

My 40 years of experience as a Registered Nurse as well as my background as an accredited Hypnotherapist and SCIO therapist means that I am able to tailor a programme that will help to address your specific needs.

I have been trained in Rapid Transformational Therapy ™ by Marisa Peer and I am currently training to become a FATnosis Practitioner which is the renowned number 1 Mindset and Motivation weight management solution founded by Steve Miller.
